The market town of Builth Wells is located in the Heart of Powys, Mid-Wales in what is arguably some of the most beautiful countryside in the United Kingdom. It is also known for hosting The Royal Welsh Show which is the biggest agricultural show in Europe and brings over 240,000 visitors to the town.The Wye Valley Walk passes through Builth Wells on it’s 136 mile route from Chepstow to the source of the Wye on the slopes of Plynlimon. The Elan Valley and The Brecon Beacons are both just a short drive from Builth Wells.

Builth Wells Town itself contains a wide selection of Shops both for Visitors and Locals alike ranging from General Stores to Traditional Welsh Gift Shops, The Wyeside Arts Centre which is a presenting venue for live and visual arts & cinema, plenty of places to Eat & Drink and a wide variety of Places To Stay. It is the home of Builth Wells Rugby Club which is currently doing very well in the League Tables, Builth Wells Golf Club, an 18 hole parkland course set in the quiet, picturesque Mid Wales countryside. Builth Wells Cricket Club and Builth Wells Bowling Club. It also has a strong Community with always plenty of events going on, from Bike Bashes to the local Carnival.
